Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process any refund.

Refund Process

  • Submit a Request: Contact us at support@axium.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items that have been used or damaged.
